The New Zealand Nail Competition was founded in 2015 by Darrell Harris @Enail Couture a visionary who, along with Katey Laurenson @Embelishedsupplynz ignited a passion for Nail Art Competitions throughout New Zealand.
Initially held in conjunction with the NZ Hair and Beauty Expo. The NZ Nail Competition has continued to evolve and grow over the years, and in 2021, Darrell passed the torch to two dedicated Competitors & trained Judges, Amanda Viviers and Jerilee Fair.
With a combined 19 years of experience in the competition scene, Amanda and Jerilee are thrilled for the opportunity to team up and solidify New Zealand Nail Comp's place in the creative World of nails.

I throughly enjoyed entering the NZ nail comps. Entering the hand-in sections in five categories I came away with 3 medals! Planning out the designs and understanding the hand-in rules around it was good for me and I was very happy with my entries. I would encourage you to give it a go and put yourself out of your comfort zone, you must might surprise yourself... Go for it!
